Mr. Kallicharan joined the NIC in July 1981 as a Junior Clerk and has since been attached to the Statistics Department. He has been steadily working towards self improvement attaining A levels and is currently completing level 3 examination which is the final level of the Royal Statistical society of Chartered Statisticians. |

Ms Mark joined the organization in April 1980 as the office cleaner. She was the first office cleaner at the Vieux Fort Office, having served there from its inception
and maintained this position up to 2006 when she had had to retire on medical grounds. |
Nathan Charles |

Mr. Charles joined the NIC in July 1981 as a Junior Clerk. He became a Senior Officer in July 1991. Mr. Charles has served the NIC in every department and is currently an Inspector in the Compliance Department. In addition, he serves as a Union shop steward at the office and never fails to put up sterling fight during union negotiations. |

Mrs. Morella Reece |

Mrs. Reece joined the NIC in November 1980 and has since undertaken numerous courses to improve herself academically. She is an active member of Toastmasters Club and has completed the communication and Leadership Program Manual which has earned her the recognition of Competent
Toastmaster. Mrs. Reece is also a member of the NIC Prayer Committee. She currently serves as an Inspector in the Customer Service Department and also a Shop Steward of the National Workers Union. |

Ms Emmanuel commenced employment with NIC in October 1980 in the capacity of Junior Clerk. On July 1, 1987 she was promoted to the position of Senior Clerk and was subsequently appointed to the post of Inspector in the Year 1994.
Ms Emmanuel attained a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies. In 1995 to 1997 she further attained a Bachelor of Science (second Class Honors/ Upper Division) in the field of Economics and Management. In March 2000 she was appointed Acting Supervisor of the Vieux Fort and Soufriere Sub Officers. In July 2002 she was appointed Senior Executive Officer with responsibility for the Compliance Department. Ms Emmanuel has distinguished herself by obtaining the much coveted qualification of ACCA from the Emil Wolff College in England.
